To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Because our fragrances are personal care products, the following conditions apply:

  • The perfume bottle must be unopened and unused.

  • The product must be in its original minimalist packaging, including any "Thank You" cards or gold-foil inserts.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We utilize high-quality matte black cylindrical bottles and premium laboratory-grade components to ensure durability, but we understand accidents can happen during transit.

5. Exchange Options

  • If you need to exchange an "impression" for a different scent within our 3x3 strategy (e.g., swapping a Men's scent for a Unisex scent), the item must be completely sealed and unused.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable local Pakistan courier service to ensure it reaches us safely.
